Belajar dari negara maju, Indonesia harus beralih dari penghargaan simbolik ke penghargaan ptofesional struktural: gaji layak, perlindungan hukum, jalur karier, keseimbangan finansial, dan kompetensi digital. Masa depan bangsa tidak akan lebih baik dari kualitas guru yang mendidiknya. Oleh karena itu, negara wajib hadir bukan sekadar dalam regulasi, tetapi dalam perubahan nyata di kelas-kelas seluruh Indonesia.
